Get to Know Me!
I am an International Relations student at IE University in Madrid with a strong interest in global affairs, business, leadership, and communication. My studies are complemented by my role as Ambassador of the IE Public Speaking Club, where I help promote confident communication and engagement within the university community.
Before beginning my bachelor’s degree, I completed my High School Diploma at EF Academy in New York, where I also earned IB Certificates in Business HL and English Literature HL. During this time, I served as Head of Human Resources at DECA Inc., gaining hands-on experience in teamwork, organization, and guiding projects from idea to execution. With a multicultural background and fluency in several languages, I’m motivated by the way global systems, people, and ideas interact.

Charlotte Weber
As a dedicated International Relations student at IE University in Madrid, I have built a strong foundation in global affairs through coursework spanning political science, economics including micro- and macroeconomics, and international public law. A multidisciplinary International Relations degree combining global politics, international law, and economic analysis. My studies include micro- and macroeconomics, public international law, and a broad range of IR subjects that deepen my understanding of how states, markets, and institutions shape global dynamics. Beyond academics, I serve as the Ambassador of the IE Public Speaking Club, promoting leadership, communication, and debate on campus. This blend of analytical coursework and public-speaking leadership has strengthened my strategic thinking, global awareness, and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
